LSR Injection Molding
Liquid silicone rubbers are two-part dispensable silicone materials. A is the matrix, and B is the catalyst. The two materials are injected directly into a sealed mold, where the materials combine and begin to vulcanize or cure, forming the precise part geometry.

LSR Molding Capabilities

Silicone Compression Molding
Place a certain amount of un-vulcanized into a mold cavity. The vulcanizing machine cures them at the preset temperature and pressure. The material will be formed into the desired shapes. After the machine releases the pressure, operators will take out the molded silicone parts.
